Frequently asked questions
- Does the recipient need to do anything?
- No. They just open the PDF or the link. There is nothing to sign up for, no account to create, and the birth details are not stored on any server.
- How is the gift delivered?
- When you complete the payment you return to Zodiacopedia and the report appears on screen. From there you download the PDF, which opens with a gift cover carrying your message, and a one-page gift card. You can send them by email or WhatsApp, or copy the link to the report and send that: it can be opened up to 10 times, so it is a good idea to keep the PDF as well.
- Can I print it?
- Yes. The report is an A4 PDF and the gift card is A5. Both print on any home printer or at a print shop, and the gift cover looks especially good on heavier paper.
- What if I don’t know the birth time?
- The child’s report and the couple report can be made without it: they focus on what is certain (the Sun, the Moon, the planets and their aspects) and say so in the text. The full birth chart report and the personal year report do need the time, because they depend on the Ascendant and the houses. It is usually on the birth certificate.
